We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it might not be the right fit. If you’d like to make a return, please contact our support team first so we can guide you through the process. Any items sent back without prior contact will not be processed.
If your order arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please let us know straight away so we can make it right. Providing photos of the issue will help us speed up the refund or replacement process.
If you’ve simply changed your mind or the item isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to offer a refund once the product is returned to us within 21 days in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. In this case, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
